Agoda - Booking was cancelled without notification!

Booking was cancelled without notification! Absolutely disgusted with this agency, after receiving a booking ID, stating booking is confirmed. Only to arrive after hours of travel at the resort, they had no booking for us. I called Agoda from the resort, only to be told the booking was cancelled, and i should have received a cancellation email, which i never received. The consultant merely said sorry, there we where with no where to go, back travel hours back home again.
