Agoda booking management - a waste of time

I just cancelled a booking on Agoda as I have tried several times to change dates on thir site and doesn't allow me.

ended up not being able to logon or reset password. phoning them is a waste of time ,if you already have a booking ,you get sent back to the site,which doesn't help.

luckily enough I see reviews on Hellopeter and no one seems to get positives from Agoda. Waiting for the call centre option is a massive waste of time,you will definitely get impatient from the music being played in your ear with no assistance.

Be mindful of these,people.
