Agoda booking at Vergelegen guesthouse

Started looking for accommodation to go to Augrabies waterfalls. Wanted to book for 4 adults and 1 kids, quote R 972-00, paid R 2 235-60, as we phoned Vergelegen guest house to confirm they are fully booked for dates that we wanted to go. Agoda has no cancellation or refund policy.
