Agoda and Reefview B&B EAST LONDON South Africa

I am quite upset about the booking I made online with Agoda. It looks like a **** operation. Book and pay for one thing, and receive another short of the specs paid for. I did not get the room and facilities I paid for. I paid in full for a deluxe king room, with bath, etc. as per description in Reefview B&B EAST LONDON pictures and online descriptions. I received instead, a queen size room, with only a shower. This is ********* business. Shocking!
