Agoda and 210 on long street Cape Town

Went to CT in December , booked accomodation through Agoda.Booked at a hotel in Long street ,called 210 on Long.Arrived that evening to find out our booking was given away , we had already paid a deposit , unfortunately we had to leave and seek other accommodation with 4 small kids ages between 2 and 9 years old.They have been promising now for 4 weeks to pay the deposit back , still no lunch after calling on a daily basis.Inexpect Agoda to sort this out , as this was a place we found on there site.Seriously not happy with either.This place should definitely not be visited and is an absolute disgrace ,run by a bunch of *****s, being polite
