Agoda

I believe a review is useful more to help the business improve their services than to just discourage people from utilising the service. I had a very excellent service from Agoda booking local accommodation in December. The accommodation was not only good but also cheaper than other online travel agencies. I got it at a time when other agencies could not get me any decent accommodation. I however got a poor service from them booking overseas accommodation. The main problem being that their communication lines are very poor, probably with people who struggle to understand English. Their App makes it very difficult to augment booking details. If they can improve these aspects I am definitely sure I will go back to them. I will still consider them for local travel as getting good deals requires comparing different offerings.
