Made a booking on the 17th Feb, payment goes through then I receive an email saying my booking has been cancelled a refund will take place. It is the 26th today I am still awaiting funds to be "released" according to customer care. You are very quick to take the money but when it comes to refunds u suck! Now I cannot make my hotel booking as I do not have sufficient funds. My very first and last time booking with agoda.
