Abysmal Experience

Abysmal experience on two occasions. Their reps are not empowered to help and their website shows conflicting information. I have never gotten the feeling that my reservation was actually secured and the property paid. Their AgodaCash program is all but un-usable. I was given $69 of AgodaCash after a very expensive booking, which only gave 5 weeks of use time before expiry and when I tried to use it, all indications were that it was usable until I actually made the reservation and then, no options to apply it. Spent over an hour on the phone trying to resolve with a rep that was nearly impossible to understand and got nowhere. I will be never use them again and would implore anyone else to do the same, for your own sanity.
