I am extremely dissatisfied with the service I have received. I booked at City Lodge Hotel in Sandton Morningside through your platform. I booked for 9 December 2023 to the 12th of December 2023 but only slept nights of the 9th and the 10th as there was an emergency that required me to take an early leave. I informed the hotel and Agoda of this. I thereafter requested a refund from the hotel and was told that because a third party was used, I must request the refund from Agoda. I did so and was informed that Agoda will not refund me. Till this day, I have not received any communication or a refund. I find myself in a state of confusion as both parties do not want to take accountability and refund me for the night I did not spend at the hotel. Agoda is blaming the hotel and the hotel is blaming Agoda. This is extremely frustrating. I booked for 3 nights and only slept two. Kindly refund me!
