Worse agency that ever existed

Here with complaint against Agility .. In March2026 we were instructed to pay deposit and 1st month rent .We have done this on condition that all things be sorted in flat. We moved into flat in April 2026. In 1st month There was no security to complex and we ended up spending cash we didn't budget for on this of which it amounted to R2200 . AGILITY was advised and after unnecessary arguments with there office I was eventually reimbursed .. we further advised Fatima And Salman at Agility that they have still not handed us a remote for the gate and not fullfilled on any of the obligations other then sending a drunk plumber to flood the kitchen.. eventually it got done. The place was not cleaned when we moved in it was in a state. No painting was done the shower still not working there is no hot water to date ,they are aware of all this. We have registered this incidents with there office as per there request . Nothing has been done and all our incidents have subsequently been closed 2 weeks ago.. They are a organization that thrives of people's emotions and make alot of empty promises ... Salman demands rent but they don't seem to understand that billing me for security and refuge that is non existent of which they have footage which there office received proofing my case but to no avail they are adamant . Non the less we've received a termination of contract due to non payment of refuge and security. We've decided to leave this place but also to bring to people's attention what type of Mickey mouse company this is, Furthermore we have evidence that there is no security or rather the lack there of the Gate motor was not working for more than 2 months . The sevice and management process from this people is pathetic and I feel the real owners sorry as they have *********** staff who is probably in the process of hijacking this complex. I've also reported this to our local counselor to investigate the water and lights situation in this rat infested place that they also aware off.
