Managing Agency not Managing at all.

I recently had an extremely disappointing experience with Agility PSM Real Estate. They truly are the worst managing agents I have ever dealt with. I moved out of the property I rented with them in July 2025, and to this day, I have not received the reimbur*****t of my deposit that I rightfully paid at the start of my tenancy.

The delay is completely unacceptable, and there has been no clear communication or explanation as to why it is taking so long. It is frustrating to be left in the dark after doing everything on my side to fulfil the lease requirements. This level of incompetence and lack of accountability is simply unprofessional.

I would strongly caution anyone considering renting through Agility PSM Real Estate. Based on my experience, they are unreliable, unresponsive, and show no regard for their tenants’ peace of mind or financial rights.
