Unbelievable

What a joke!! Been with them for 3 years. First claim 2 years ago was never paid after I was told it will be paid. Their response - we apologise that you received the incorrect information. 2nd Claim (after upgrading to their top plan) - same story with just more and more excuses not to pay. Worst customer service I have ever received.

Unbelievable and will not recommend them!!!
