TRACKER AGILITY - Unauthorised debit orders = *****ing

Unauthorized debit orders.

I have been trying to cancel an unauthorized debit order From TRACKER Agility for months. I always thought that TRACKER is a company with integrity that is out there to keep people and their assets safe. However, they take money from people without their consent. On a monthly basis my banker will reverse the debit order. But this also costs me banking fees and numerous phone calls. The problem is that TRACKER Agility uses different reference numbers as well as random amounts on a monthly basis. So it becomes difficult to "track" the amount on your account. I spoke to a TRACKER representative today and she confirmed that I have no account with them however the debit order and my banking details is listed to another account. Please be aware of this **** check your accounts for reference numbers like "AGILITY 00GH4572AGILITIU8907". Unauthorized debit orders are a new way of *****ing our money!!! I still haven't received any assistance from TRACKER to resolve this. But I won't let this go.
