**** the elderly

I am a 77 year old Chronic patient that pays my premiums on time. Agility insurance do not respond to my claims, emails or phone calls. Please take your business else where, they are a company that ****s the elderly. Extremely disappointing service. I am out of pocket and have been handed over due to their negligence and pathetic service.
