SHOCKING SERVICE

<p>Please do yourself a favour and NEVER get a health savings card from Zurreal, a subsidary of Agility Health. When they decided to change my card to a temporary card because of whatever internal changes were being made, they never actually sent me my new card. When it did finally arrive, it was not activated. I called them to ask them to activate it, which they said it would be done in the next 2 working days and they would send me the pin for the new card. This never happened, and when I mailed them to query what was happening, they then told me to send proof of adresses and the like. In frustration I told them to cancel the card and refund me my savings. This was now 3 weeks later and I was still unable to acess my savings. It has taken me over 2 weeks to get them to acknowledge my request, as they no longer answer their phones and there are NEVER any supervisors or managers available. This company is poison and I advise all to stay as far away as possible. Rather open a savings account at your bank as it does the exact same thing.</p>
