<p>Don't sign up for this one!</p> <p>They say your time is important. They don't call you back. I have hung onto the preauthorisation line for more than 80 minutes. Called through the switchboard - message box is full and it cuts you off. They just offer such a shoddy service and the chances are that if I don't get preauthorisation they own't pay, and if I do get it they'll find some reason why they can pay some of the claim</p>
