POOR service from Underwriters and Spectramed

We have been struggling to get a simple authorization number from the medical aid. Spoke to Sandra on numerous times asking for any feedback and 3-4 days we keep getting the same answer its been escalated to someone to give us a time frame as to when the rehabilitation cost and a authorization number will be given. My sister have been admitted on the 16.02.2015 and till TODAY 11/03/2015 answeror time frame was given or ANY one bothered to contact me to give me a time frame as to when this will be approved. My husband and I had to out close to R20k for her days in rehab which apparently clearly stated they do cover those things.<br> I have been patient enough as I am begging for just feedback from a senior but this is no concern to them.<br> I thank my lucky stars I do not and WILL not advise ANYONE to join this scheme. My dad is also on this scheme and I am in the process of getting him to change his medical. Never have a met with a scheme who is so full of excuses and passing the buck and STILL no feedback.<br> PLease anyone wanting to join this schemeTHINK carefully when signing the contract, easy to take your money but when it comes to pay money its like getting blood from a stone
