No feedback or response

’ve send numerous emails to gapco, ********** Itumeleng Dlamini(I believe he does not work for agility anymore)regarding my wife’s doctors claim. Emails are acknowledged, but no response is received. An amount was paid into my bank account, without any reference to a particular claim. I requested agility to advise me to which claim it pertains to. The fist repose I received on 7 Feb 2018 at 10.58 from ********** I quote “Dear Mr Botha, Trust all is well. I tried calling you on ********** but the call is not successful. Please be advised that Itumeleng is no longer employed at Agility. I will assist in the interim. Feedback regarding your claim will be relayed during the course of the week. Kind regards, CRYSTAL CONNOR NELSON” I’ve had no missed calls on my cell. Today is 21 Feb 2018 with no further feedback. I’ve also phoned Crystal’s number ( ********** ) numerous times and the last time I left a message and no one has contacted me since. (Calls made 13 Feb, 2 calls and 21 Feb, 2 calls and a message was left to call me back. See my emails dated 5/12/2017; 13/12/2017 (Ithumaleng); 3/1/2018 (gapco and ithumaleng); 16/1/2018 (Ithumaleng); 6/2/2018 (Ithumaleng and gapco); 16/1/2018(Ithumaleng) and 20/2/2018(Crystal) Kindly advise me who I can contact to have these long outstanding matters resolved.
