Medical Aid Gap cover

<p>I spoke to Dirk Wessels in December 2015 about taking out a Gap cover for our medical aid. I was very specific with the gentleman, that I needed it for wisdom teeth and would it cover all the expenses with having wisdom teeth taken out. He guaranteed me that I would not have a problem and that I should take the highest cover Vap500 and an extra R25 per month for dental. I did this and the debit orders started coming off.</p> <p>My son had his wisdom teeth taken out in June 2016. They are refusing to pay for any of the gap amounts and therefore we have to come up with an amount of R14000 to cover these bills.</p> <p>Agility Gap cover have been very unhelpful in dealing with our claim.</p>
