Changing a complaint into a compliment

In respect of the complaint i lodged against this company last week i would just like to complement the people mentioned above for their professionalism, and friendly service, and for resolving my complaint quickly and efficiently.<br> <br> The country needs more of these people in the service industry, becasue with them the world is truly a better place. They have the abilty to change a customer's mind about a company, and i appreciate their friendliness during the whole situation.<br> <br> customer service is not about the customer being always right, but its about the way you treat your customer, regardless if they are wrong or right. <br> <br> Thank you to all of you, last week i was looking at other companies that offer gap cover, because my experience with agility has not been very positvie from the beginning, but i decided to stay with you after the way i was treated by you guys.<br> <br> thank you very much, and keep up the exellent work.<br> <br> i will certainly reccommend agility to my friends and family.
