Agility Gap Cover - What a ****!!!

I want to warn all current and potential customers to be very careful when signing up for cap and co-payment cover with Agility Insurance Administrators.

They are not complying to the FAIS rules and regulations.

I had my gap cover in place for more than 2 years now and all my waiting periods was for the fist 6 months.

After 2 years I submitted a claim which was rejected due to an exclusion which they have not made known to me on policy schedule neither on their website. Luckily I know my rights and are taking them to the Ombud, but be weary they are looking for any excuse and way not to pay claims. This is a very small claim (+- R2000) How much more pain will there be when the claim is bigger. They also don't have a compliance officer or dept, which by law they should have in place.

Please rather look for gapcover from you current medical aid. They all are offering it nowadays.
