Agility Gap Cover no response to call or emails.

Does Agility Insurance Admin and Gap Cover company actually exist? Nobody has answered the phone or no reply to submissions to my Gap Cover. Does somebody know? They are underwritten by Genric insurance and you can't get hold of them either.
