AGILITY - AND THE DEBIT KEEP ON COMING EVERY MONTH

I had tracker for my car and took agility cover as well. I cancelled the agility insurance in May. Paid up my outstanding tracker contract. Got an sms again that my debit order returned. Phoned tracker who advised Debit order cancelled. Debit order for R29 attempted again this month. Phoned again. Again advised Debit order cancelled, when insisted Debit order was attempted, agent put me on hold then agent got back to me and said I have R29 outstanding before cancelling. Really. Insurance is short term not debt. If not paid, insurance lapsed... how on earth is agility trying to debit insurance for cover that should have lapsed when debit order was stopped, month after month.
