Agility - a big **** begging for legal class action

I once again have a R55 deduction on my bank acc. I do not know this company, I have never given permission for any debit order whatsoever. On top of this, my bank dishonoured this due to insufficient funds I have to pay a R25 fee. I am a pensioner and I put just enough money into this account to cover my authorised debit orders...This company, Agility, who ever you are, need to give me my R25 back and prove to me where I authorised them to take money from my account. I am beginning to feel very unsafe in this country and with our banking system and with debit orders. It seems anybody can take money from your account, stating it is a debit order and the banks just pay. There is no checkpoint....As far as I am concerned Agility is one big **** . Is it time for a class action to be put in place????
