The Agillity card is a ****, do not bother.

No service, shockingly poor customer communication and empty promises, basically no service at all. Factually this is theft. They are quick to take your money, but no service at all.

My mom-in-law (64) signed up for the agility card in Feb this year. The card arrived, but was nonfunctional. She struggled for a month to get assistance, at which stage they sent her a new card. She was told to phone the support line to activate the card. She has been phoning repeatedly to try to get this card activated, getting told that they are too busy to assist, taking messages that are never answered, being constantly cut off when transferred and having no direct contact details to use when the line gets dropped. We have not been able to speak to a consultant directly. Yet they continue to subtract fees from the account. This is a ****.
