Service, What service - Agility Health

Out Agility Health card expired in Sep-24 and we ordered a new card in Sep-24. We received the new card and and phoned for balance to be transferred from old card to new card. The amount that needed to be transferred was R910. When we checked the balance on the new card a couple of days ago only R91 has been transferred. We have been trying to get hold of Agility but they never answer the calls or they drop the call after you have been on hold for 30 min.
