I closed my Agility Health card on Monday, 5 September 2022, because they advised me that their service charge is R 42 per month. This is on a savings account and I consider this ****************.

They said it might take up to 7 working days to process my refund. Today is the 17th working day and I still do not have my refund. I have been following up regularly and a person called Refilwe Morare made several false promises and simply started ignoring me since Friday, 23 September 2022.

Steer clear! These people are ******* in my mind and could not care less about customer service!
