Bad Service from Agility Health

The company that I work for starting using services of Agility Health in March 2023. A sum of about R1500 is paid into each staff member's account each month and by December there was about R15 000 in my account as I did not access the funds during the year. Last year in December I was expecting R14 800 from Agility Health and this never materialised. I was unfortunately given about R8542 which is not what I expected. When I enquire no one is willing to assist at all. Please assist. Thanks.
