Agility health worst service.

Agility Health is a rude and pathetic company. My Health Card expired without any warning. I received a new card but Agility needs to activate it. Not only are my emails ignored, but I have been trying to phone since Monday and all I get for hours is music playing in my ears. This card is used to pay for medical expenses that my family urgently needs. They are very prompt to take your money, but their service and help is non-existent.

Why am I paying all this money every month. My card is still not activated, and nobody is prepared to help me.
