Agility Health Worse Service

My health savings card expired September 2024. I have ordered a new card the first week in September and 2 months later no new card. They take my debit order of R 2000 per month but I have no access to my funds. In the beginning calls were answered, now nothing when I call, emails are also not being responded to.
