Agility Health ; Shocking (NO!!) service.

Shocking (NO!!) service. My health card expired and I emailed to renew it. I also tried to phone an all the numbers available to contact them - NO REPLY. Then somehow a card was delivered (no calls for arrangement beforehand.) the issue now is I need to phone or mail to activate the card...I have sent several mails and still trying to phone them (I have held on for well over 60 minutes (conservatively) and NO ONE ANSWERS. Because of this I am unable to buy my kids prescription meds which is affecting their health.
