Agility Health is possibly the worst company I’ve ever dealt with

I created a hellopeter account just so that I could tell everyone about how bad this company is. Steer clear of it. Terrible customer service. My card has expired and it’s taken me over a month to get another one which still isn’t activated. At least 8 emails unanswered. More than 4 hours on hold. When I have eventually gotten hold of them, they’ve given me their personal contacts to make things “easier” and then they ignore me on those channels too. No social media presence to try and contact them on.
