Agility Health Card Inefficient

If you want to be miserable withdraw your hard earned money with agility health card. I was supposed to have received my withdrawal in December but till this day I haven't. I called them and they said next week and next week becomes another week. Imagine December till 23 Jan still No money. They are inefficient and have no respect for people's money.
