Disgusting services: ***

I am so disgusted in the services we are getting from both Agility and spectramed. We have had issues since early October and to no avail. Our issue has been escalated by how many level and yet nothing doing. The likes of DP, RH, LD and consultants are of no help. All they do is do a response when we raise our voices or otherwise we get told one in particularly saying they just doing us a favour. In the meantime hospital costs has been deducted from our savings and struggle to be corrected whilst we are out of pocket let alone being able to incur any further medicine or GP costs as we are seriously out of pocket? I wonder who will be taking responsibility should things go wrong with the lack of taking medication?????? Appalling services. TM / PM
