ABSA SUPA LAB not so SUPA

Bought 4 mugs that show a picture once hot water is placed in them. No one told me that the photos were R200 extra, so we supp**** our own photo. The red mug did not 'hide' the picture when cold. I feel that they should have either known their product well enough to warn me or to phone me (they had my number). When I voiced my displeasure I was fobbed off with an attitude of 'well you've paid for it, we have our money, go suck an egg.' I do not recommend that anyone use their services before they check out EVERYTHING.
