Worst experience with buying a home from agents@home

We bought a house through agents@home kroonstad. It was our worst experience ever. They don't give feedback nor did they make sure the coc was correct. We have been trying to sort out the electricity certificate ever since and they just say it's not their work it's not on the contract. With any issues they just say they don't work with it or it was not part of the contract.
