Unreliable,com business man

As loadshedding got worse and there was no hope things will improve,my son decided to purchase solar system from an agent.His name is Paul and he stays somewhere in the East Rand..my son's system got messed up before mine,although it did not produce energy as expected.To cut a long story short the inverter died and he collected it saying he'll fix it .to date ,2solar panels are white elephants on my roof going for 2yrs,He's not responding to our calls.my son even gave up and purchased himself another system @more than R50000, having lost to Paul a substantial amount.
