Terrible Customer Services

This organisation are horrible at Their job. They manage the maintenance of one of the complexes in kempton Park, Tugela Manor in Terenure, it has solar geysers fitted on the roof of each unit. These geysers are absolute trash in quality and ever since we moved in to this complex our geyser has leaked 4 times now. Every time we contact them to get this sorted they don't answer calls and don't respond to emails in a timely manor and the issue has never once been sorted out quickly. The issue always drags on over a number of days before they eventually send someone to fix Their equipment. The geyser is leaking yet again for a week now and they have only responded a few times with vague responses. When they say someone is coming to rectify the issue, nobody shows up and no communication as to why nobody showed up. Our water bill is always very high when this happens but this doesn't prompt them to send people out to fix their equipment. Avoid this Complex and Avoid Agent Direct. The complex is beautiful but it's let down heavily by this managing Agency Called Agent Direct. If I could give 0 stars I would.
