Dear Agent Direct You came to my property end of September and entered *******ly without prior approval or arrangement. You damaged my back wall and afterwards claimed it was a mistake. Yet, it is now nearly 3 months and your refusal to rectify your mistake is unacceptable. Your management style is questioned as for the home owners of Birchleigh Security Village you are doing very little. Yet our monthly levy is extremely high for the quality/quantity work you do at the complex. Please attend to this matter urgently. 3 months ago it did not rain.
