Bad service received from Agenbag Motors

I bought a Mitsubishi bakkie from Agenbag motors in Klerksdorp in November 2017. I was told by them that the vehicle was serviced and that the vehicle was 100%. I complained about the tyres but was told that I would have to buy new tyres myself. I then took the vehicle to Mitsubishi in Pretoria just to check that everything was ok with the vehicle as this is the first time I have ever bought a vehicle from Agenbag motors. I was surprised to find out all the faults with the vehicle. I then sent Agenbag motors the quote I received from Mitsubishi and in good faith decided to be fair and say that I would pay for the labour and that they could courier me the parts or send me the money for the parts. I was also told by them that they would cover the number plates and licensing fees, yet again no money was transferred to me. They have done absolutely nothing to resolve these issues. I have even asked for the contact numbers of the owner of the company but they refuse to give it to me. I have sent numerous emails and messages but nothing is done to resolve my issues. I will never buy a vehicle again from these people as I feel that they are just there to mistreat people and make a quick buck. Very very bad service Agenbag motors. I just hope that no-one has the same terrible experience as I have had in dealing with this company.
