Complacent and reckless Company endangering the lives of South African motorists

I nearly had a head on collision with an Age Company Car on the 10th of May 2018 along N12 road on my way to Potchefstroom while their car was headed in the opposite direction. I veered off the road to avoid being ****ed by a reckless driver who is an employee of the Company. I smashed my less than 2 weeks old car on the side metal barriers. The Age Company employee fled the scene of the accident and by the grace of God, my car could still drive. I chased after him and got hold of him. We drove to report the matter at the Potchefstroom police station. The employee in question together with his line managers are hiding behind a bureaucratic red tape and mention of lawyers. They refuse to compensate me for damages to my car, medical expenses incurred, fuel chasing after their employee and my phone bill that has increased exorbitantly as a result of calling them. Furthermore, their employee does not have an International driving permit, which makes it ******* for him to drive on South African roads. To add a curse to an injury, l spoke to Samantha who is said to be a manager and she was failing to adequately communicate with me and she was informing me that my demand for compensation was making her angry. Where is the role of good corporate governance? I should be the one angry in this case but she says she is going to be angry. What kind of attitude is this? I have a link related to the car in question and all other necessary proof. l appeal to the people in the legal fraternity to help me get justice. https://drive.google.com/open?id=1_NjEsOoIW2P5PBc_03q-Qji7j8_D--n7
