Not able to provide proof of existance
Ordered a mobile device from AGC TechJoint (Pty) Ltd , just before payment we got concerned about the existence of this business. Non of their phone numbers existed. Could not find their address in Durban on google maps. Johan Grey e-mailed me offering assistance and an abrupt Ashley Grey phoned and refused to provide me with any proof of their existence, his attitude turned bad and he cancelled the order, see correspondence below and judge yourself about the attitude. Our advise is to be very careful before making online payment and judge for yourselves from below:

Further to our conversation, I implicitly advised that we have been in business and servicing the industry for the last 20 years., to which you rep**** that this is not good enough for you.
I have cancelled your order, per our discussion, and I do apologise if our phone line ( ********** ) being down is an inconvenience to you, it’s more of an inconvenience to us (trust me). Pursuant to your chat message, we make use of an 087 number because this is non geographic and actually costs less for our customers to contact us, should they need to, and because we have three branches that all communicate with each other. Our new number, being ********** is listed right at the top of our website.
Thank you for your time. "
The urgency for them to cancel this order after after our very reasonable request made the entire purchase even more suspect and when I mentioned that I will report this on Hellopeter.com, the abuse, threats and false accusations got worse:

You may do that, but please be advised that I will respond, in kind, as we have all the communication on record. I only attempted to ease your mind with regards to your order, however, you chose to take the same tone with me that you did my staff on your online chat. Should you have spoken to me decently, I would have responded with same. Please note that I don’t take kindly to people speaking to my staff in the manner in which you did via our online chat facility, and I will protect my staff. Should you wish for all of this to come out publicly on Hellopeter.com, please proceed.

We still do not know if this business is trustworthy but decided to publish this as warning to others, we are however great full that Ashley cancelled the order. We found the same product on line for 21% less on the secure Bid or Buy. We furthermore ran the very high risk that we may not have received the item after payment to this, what now appear, a real **** company. THANKS Ashley!

Your request was not reasonable, in the sense that you were being accusatory, had already been rude to myself and my staff. There was no urgency in cancelling your order, we did it because you were intolerably rude. As a business owner, I have a duty to protect my staff from rude customers. Should your attitude have been even remotely more calm, we would have gladly sent you our CK Documents as well as proof of banking details. You chose to approach this manner in a volatile, and extremely hostile manner.
Per the above, we will be considering ******** charges against you for deformation of character. You are in possession of my personal email address, and are welcome to contact me directly on my direct line number, of which I called you from, and we can discuss this like mature adults. When I first emailed you, you responded with the threat to post this listing - please remove my personal contact information - I then responded to you advising you of my stance. I have staff, and a successful company because I back my staff up.
Unfortunately, your opinion of our company is irrelevant as this is being done out of spite because someone decidedly gave you a taste of your own medicine.
