Their irrigation system lasted only 9 days before it broke down
Gavin installed an irrigation system that broke after only 9 days. The electronics are messed up, causing the system to just run non-stop.
There were other issues, but this is the main one. It means we can't use the irrigation system we paid for.
Note that, once he was been paid, he started becoming extremely busy and unavailable, quite reluctant to repair his product. Interestingly he doesn't seem surprised (or apologetic) that it's broken down. You feel like you've been **********. We're still chasing. Let's see if we succeed. If he comes through, I will edit this review, so that it reflects a slightly more positive experience.
