Beware of Agama handyman services / Kendra installations
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! They are *****sters. I had been impressed by their Google rating BUT have just checked and all of the people who have reviewed their services are home boys/ girls from Zim. So, here too we are misled. They were to have come to check an alarm on my property. Yesterday they were no show and no apology and I should have smelt a rat then. Today they come and say the battery and a small black box [a channel receiver] need replacing. They issue me with an invoice for just under R6000. They wanted to charge me just under R2700 for labour. I complained and he reduced this by R650 I believe. I asked to see the invoice for the goods bought. It shows a control panel for over R2000 which was definitely not replaced. I am taking this up with Regal Distributors on Monday as one of their staff is involved in the collusion and issues a **** invoice. I am truly disgusted!! They also trade as Kendra Installations- beware of Agama and Kendra!!
