AGA expensive product with no service

We have an Aga Stove that needs to be serviced by AGA imports.

We have been dealing with Raig at their company for the service and repair of our oven. Their service and communication is appalling.

We have been corresponding since 15 March 2020 for the replacement of hinges. First they use COVID as an excuse, then the importers and now they over promise and under deliver.

It is so disappointing that such a good brand disappoint on service.

Will make you reconsider when replacing or purchasing again
