Voice Recording Request

i have since the 01/07/2015 been writing mails to GOODMAN NGUBANE from AG MOBILE with regards to a voice recording I have requested from the call center consultant and I have still not received anything , I requested for the cell phone to be taken back as I was not happy with the hand set and they said I was past the seven day grace period and as then responded saying that I am protected by the consumer protection act and GOODMAN NGUBANE said that I am not . I then requested for call recordings for the contract and have not received anything and GOODMAN has been sent mails more than once and told that the product is not satisfactory and I am unhappy and he said that he can not help .<br> <br> WHY IS IT SO am I not protected by the consumer protection act as a CONSUMER .
