the 24 hour lifetime guarantee is NOT THE TRUTH!

<p>I bought an AG Ghost phone purely for the fact that it has a 24 hour lifetime guarantee, which basically states that the phone will be collected and replaced within 24 hours. well they shoudl just call it a lifetime guartee because you wait a lifetime fro any response from AG Mobile. it has been 3 days and my phone has net even been collected. I was told that they have problems with the courier company. After spending the whole day on the phone - where 3 times i held on for 8-10 minutes at a time, just to have the phone ringing. Then eventually someone picks up the phone just to tranfer me and got cut off. The next time i was told I can not speak to anyone since they are all in a meeting dicussing this courier problem. I left a message - no one phoned back. Then I phone again to hear that actually they do not have any replacement phones!!! Once again I left a message for the manager Heroldine, and still no reply! I am utterly disgusted with the lack of customer service, the lies and just the no care attitute. I will NOT recommend AG Mobile at all!!!!!!</p>
