Replacement phone just never happens

<p>My daughters AG Chrome picked up a software problem so I couriered it to there office in Johannesburg, after about 3 weeks it was returned, supposedly fixed. Well it *******ed her memory card that previously worked and the software problem was now of course worse.</p> <p> </p> <p>Nthombi, answers my emails at great gaps but for the past 2 months all I get is excuses about when the replacement phone will be despatched. The there is no stock of the replacement, then it stock taking, now its no stock again. Its a great make of phone but the service besides Nthombi is a totally different thing, I maze well fork out more money and buy another new phone. I guess thats how companies make there money. As it is I have to buy a new memory card and she has lost everything.</p>
