poor customer care agents

hi i got a call from AG mobile just now offering me one of there so good phones the ones that everybody hates the **** out of it and then a call centre agent give a ****** the phone who says haloooo i am a supervisor such poor call centre ethics but i will wait till sumbody from there actually gives me a call
