Over promise and under deliver

<p>AG Mobile has a 24 hours swap out policy and I have been waiting for almost 3 weeks for a replacement mobile phone and I have been told there is no stock. Now when I call their AG Ghost helpline it says the call cannot be connected today, yesterday the lines were just ringing. This is unacceptable as this is not what they sell in their policies and warranty.</p>
